Looking for info: The feminist woman who influences rape policy through the CDC, and claimed that male suffering was different? Also, psychological studies which show that being enveloped isn't different.

I feel like this was in one of Karen Straughan's (/u/GirlWritesWhat) videos, but I'm not positive, and certainly cannot remember which.

First, there's one woman, a feminist, who has a huge amount of influence with the CDC when it comes to rape (which means on policy in general); and, at some point she was in South America (I think), recorded male victims of female rapists, recorded that they were suffering psychologically, but then simply concluded that it was a minor issue, and that the focus must remain on female victims.

Second, I don't recall if this info was from her study, and simply dismissed, or from another study, but I recall that 93% of boys who were sexually abused by women showed a deep mistrust of women afterward? Something like this, something which supported the idea that forced sex is forced sex, and that forced penetration is largely irrelevant.

I'm gonna go sift through her videos and try to figure that out, I'll update this if I find the right one; but, it would be awesome if someone could point me in the right direction, before I spend the night coming up empty handed. :/
