In your opinion, are beta/alpha statuses permanent/inherent? Or can an alpha become beta and a beta become alpha?

Alpha has two connotations: lover of women and leader of men.

Otherwise beta males can learn alpha characteristics. I am not naturally a leader of men but 10 years in the military and getting my sergeant stripes changed that. Similarly, I was batting zero with girls until I reinvented myself and - through trial and error since there was no internet and PUA was obscure - built some skills and confidence in them.

I don't consider myself alpha. . .I am more of a sigma, but skills and behaviours and even mind sets can be taught and learned.

If that was not the case, TRP would be pointless.
