A women's chest is considered sexual while a mans is not.

Of course a man's chest is considered sexual (it doesn't need to carry secondary sex organs to be sexual). A man's chest is especially considered sexual when the man is fit and attractive, which is what they were talking about just before the female co-host ripped his shirt open.

Female co-host: "Blah blah blah Klondike bars, promote Klondike every five words, blah blah Klondike..."

Male co-host: "He's not eating that many of 'em though, because, back to your frame here, Joe, I like --"

Guest: "I do eat them, on my cheat day, Billy."

Female co-host: "Come here for a minute, are these -- are these --" rips his shirt open "-- are these snaps?"

Male co-host blathers about waxing and muscles. Guest mentions that if he had done something like this to the female co-host, there would have been an arrest. His body language communicates discomfort. He was treated with undue disrespect and no one present is taking his concerns seriously.
