Serious question: How are you supposed to have an abundance mentality when there are so few attractive girls in Western Europe?

I‘m not even joking.. so many feminist girls run around dressed like guys without makeup and just masculine in general. So many are overweight or chubby couch potatoes.. without putting in any effort and still get desperate guys which are almost always more attractive than them..

I tried to lower my standards, couldn’t get it up in bed, tried nofap for weeks without any changes.

I don‘t wanna move to Eastern Europe or Russia ..

Can I even have an abundance mentality?
