Start slow.

Ask her if anal rape of women is still rape.

Then anal rape of men.

Then ask if arousal is consent when a woman is raped etc.

Then ask her if it's rape if the man is too drunk to consent.

Then when she says it's not the same, ask her what the fuck is wrong with her.

My university has an online sexual assault recognition class that all incoming freshmen are required to take, there are exampled of male on male, female on male and male on female rape and assault. In the female on male scenario, the man and woman are kissing on a bed when she tries to undo his belt, he stops her and says no. She says "Come on, you know you want it," and tries again. Stopping her a second time, he says no, references religious reasons, apologizes. She gets irritated, threatens to tell everyone he couldn't get it up, ruin his reputation if he doesn't have sex with her, eventually he lets her, this is rape. Use this type of scenario as an example of female on male rape, coercion is still rape.

What she's saying is that men don't have a right to say no and that if they do, women don't have to respect that. No has the same meaning no matter who says it. An erection is not a yes, it's just an increase of blood flow to the penis and is no different than a woman getting wet or having an orgasm during her rape. They (erection, getting wet and orgasm for either sex) are the body's natural reflexive behaviour in response to physical stimulation and not indicative of consent.
