Unless she’s doing something to deserve a soft next there is no real need to initiate one just because she meets your criteria for a potential LTR.

It’s used as a punishment, unless she’s treating you with any kind of disrespect there would be no need to in this scenario

While you shouldn't text too much or be too available, you should just keep scheduling dates where fun/romance/intimacy/sex can happen. As long as she says yes and goes along with it, keep going. If she shows a lack of interest (not wanting to schedule a date or flakes), then you soft next. When/if she reaches out in the future, then you try to schedule another date, but if she doesn't show interest, next. In the mean time, keep approaching other women. Ideally, she should be "chasing" you and you're just scheduling dates for fun/sex/intimacy.

A hard next is for blatant disrespect or deal breakers.
