Am I the only one incredibly suspicious about the wording of his story?

No offence, offer ideas for help, but this does not seem to be all there.

Unless I am misreading, this man is not a victim of domestic violence- he was raped by superior officer in the Forces.

If he was in the UK, there are phone numbers I could offer him, but I don't know who to ring in the States. I hope someone else does.
