As, I have read about the concepts of men and women, I became aware of the idea of complementarianism, which, though Wikipedia defines it as a theological ideal, I don't believe it has to be a religious thing at all. It emphasizes some of the differences between men and women and how they compliment each other in the family and in society. It doesn't make the assumption that they are unequal in value, just different in capability in different fields.
