Is this something that can be taken to court? A little background;

I am in the arrears about 4 months, I have had our child 75%-80% of this time. I put in a request to alter my child support amount based on salary change and the amount of time I have our child and is set to be done in the next week.

Is there anything that can be done on my part? Or do I just suck it up and pay her child support for having our child a handful of days a month?
