The video and the article is very biased towards the woman, but I can't give my opinion on the matter if we don't have access to the footage that prove or disprove that what she is saying is the truth.

I rather not jump into conclusions so quickly, like everyone seems to be doing on both sides.

I'm glad that some judges are willing to actually investigate instead of automatically assuming the woman is the victim. This gives me hope in the justice system

Context: A woman attempts to pin a sexual assault charge on a marshal that conducted a search on her. Video evidence suggested that this allegation was pure fabrication. The woman strait up lied to the judge's face, and made an attempt to use her 2 year old daughter to make herself seem more credible. The judge didn't buy it and the woman was promptly arrested.

This just goes to show the lengths that women are willing to go through to get what they want.
