So Mary Kellett, the lawyer that AVfM has done numerous pieces on because of her disgusting anti-male tactics in domestic violence cases, is prosecuting a woman who killed her boyfriend?

After an argument a 29 year old woman ran over her boyfriend while intoxicated. She was charged with manslaughter, now out on bail, and it seems they are going to reach a settlement. why isn't she being charged with murder?

After reading it, it sounds like involuntary manslaughter + DUI. This is not a premeditated murder trial.

She should receive the combined penalties of those two crimes, and nothing more.

Edit: not really a men's rights issue unless she gets an egregiously light sentence on grounds of her gender.
