Are they very strong feelings? You're concerned you may mess her up because you can see she's in deep and you actually care about her enough to not want to psychologically scar her?

Coming from experience, end it cold, amicably, completely, and stop hanging out at all for at least six months or until one of you is in an LTR. She's no longer a plate; she's a liability.

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. If you continue to have crazy good sex with her, while telling her verbally that you're not into it, you're going to create a confused, hurt, wretched being which doesn't know which way is up. Hurt people hurt people, so watch out.

Plates are women who understand they are part of your menu. Women with strong feelings for you somehow never got their message and think they have a real shot at having babies with you; their gearing up to commit "for life." My opinion is don't fuck with that. Let her use that juice somewhere else. Don't waste her time; she's approaching a wall.

Plates spin until they break, and some of them cab break pretty hard if you're not careful. The term Friends with Benefits implies you two were friends before you started hooking up. I won't count on still be friends after it breaks.

You could offer to let her be your girlfriend under the condition that you are allowed to see other women still but she cannot see other men. Unless you really dont like her that way. Let her stay or walk.
