A little sad that the selfishness of a mother can lead to a child without a father. Thing is though that if it wasn't something both chose, just the mother, there was never a father to begin with. Just as when a woman goes to the sperm bank.

I grew up without my father due to divorce. At first I was angry. Where was he? However as I aged and were able to truly see my mother for who she was I began to understand my father. The woman was nothing but a cunt. Probably just maternal instincts keeping her from smothering me with a pillow and making full use of the child support money for herself. I told my father this on a reunion and he burst out crying because he thought I would become completely ruined by her manipulation, as she had masterfully manipulated the police and courts, and not see what a vile woman she was and have no understanding for why you'd want to escape her. We were like two free slaves, meeting on the other side, rejoicing that we were finally free.

In honor of Fathers Day, I respectfully urge you to stop the appearance of fraud, waste, and abuse at the HHS which harms fathers and their children.

The HHS provides its contracting Title IV-D agencies funds for access and visitation programs for parents, mostly fathers:

Please note that it is a matter of settled science that children benefit from their fathers. Therefore, fraud, waste, and abuse which harms fathers automatically also harms their vulnerable and innocent children:

In honor of Fathers Day 2013, I urge you to examine your efforts to protect both children and their fathers by meaningfully addressing the evidence of fraud, waste, and abuse at the HHS which harms them both. Please consider taking meaningful steps to reforming your administration of the Title IV-D and Title IV-E program to protect the rights of parents, especially fathers. Taking action will enhance the welfare of children, fathers, and mothers by protecting them from fraud, waste, and abuse.
