She's not a "Special Unicorn". I was bummed to find out she had a boyfriend.

Unless you are talking to her actively, including outside of work, you need to stop. From how you described this, she doesn’t even know you exist. Unless she is showing interest, go lift and chase other tail.

I would wait for her after work let’s out and confess my love to her. If she is hesitant you could always inform her that you are a nice guy and that there is nothing to worry about! Sweetening the deal with flowers and chocolate is also a good idea to win her heart. Don’t let this wife material slip on by ya!
