Perhaps they could just lower the charge for killing a man, animal cruelty or destruction of property let's say.

That would be more honest than this while accomplishing the same goal: elevating women by law to a higher class of citizens than men.

Good, once they've separated male and female murder, we can reduce the penalties for female murder. They'll call us evil bastards, but we'll know in our hearts that they were trying to do the same to us.
