Even knowing both papers were in press, we really didn't expect that they'd both be published online days apart from one another. This paper is pretty strictly a methodology paper seeking to offer guidance on how to recruit from Reddit for off-Reddit qualitative research, but it does touch on 1) the experiences we had with TRPers and others during the recruitment phase and 2) some of the ongoing ethical and safety issues with recruiting trauma survivors from closed, safe online spaces.
