Uh, I'm gonna go against the grain and say this is bullshit she got charged.

While it's true a man in her situation would be sentenced with crazy conviction, I would still think it's BS he would get charged in the identical circumstances: it was clearly consensual on the younger party's part. Having a "change-of-heart" AKA regret sex shouldn't be considered sexual assault.
