Speed dating events in NYC? How do you guys feel about these events?

Been at a couple. Most women there are low value (think semi-trash bridge and tunnel, single moms, chubby girls etc).... there will be a couple of decent ones, but that's it

Give it a try but have very low expectations. At least you will get plenty of experience on replying "what do you do, where do you come from... etc." over and over

Usually you're put into age groups. I think at 25 you'll be in between the desperate ladies hitting 30 and the younger "seeing what's out there" girls.

I found that it's best to to keep the conversation fun. So many people get caught up in the "what do you do for a job" "where do you live". Sometimes you even have girls that ask how much you make haha.

Also worth a look are the singles only dinner party events. I signed up to one once and ever since then I always get emails begging for guys to come. They never have enough to make it equal numbers
