Everyone should have Paternity leave. Meanwhile, we don't even have MATERNITY LEAVE! Every country should have paid vacation, paternity and maternity leave, and sick days. Along with universal health care and other stuff.

Just keep in mind that while this is the minimum set by law, companies can have their own policies. I work in an org with 1 year maternity leave but 6 weeks for men.
