Poor kid has no chance with a mother like that. Like seriously who the fuck can justify beating a kid in the name of god. Sad thing is when she sobers up in jail she will be full of remorse, the courts will go all lenient because she is a mother. She will be out in no time and will petition to get her kid back and will most likely win.
