He wasn't threatening her. So there was no reason to draw her weapon to begin with. Intent was established by that point. You don't fire a gun unless you know where you're shooting. If she missed him, who else could've been harmed by the stray bullet? If nothing else, that on its own is reckless. And who closes their eyes to shoot? She clearly had no training, and that's a requirement in some states. Matter of fact, every part of the interaction goes against everything I was taught in my CPL class. She makes everyone legally carrying look bad.
