No, because of the duluth model and so on, you'd pretty much be admitting guilt at that point. The best thing you could hope for especially in a drunken hookup situation is that the girl files the sexual assault/rape report as is often the case and you have a good lawyer with you.

Most of these cases if it's defended by anyone with some backbone get dropped immediately or the people involved get sued once due process starts. The real problem from these cases arise from girls like Emma Sulkowicz, these girls are stupid but smart enough to know that if they ever had a legitimate police investigation their case would get thrown out immediately. So they then resort to going to the media immediately as Emma has done in order to screw over their target as much as possible and that's where the real damage happens and then as has her victim done, you need to sue the girl to stop her spreading lies about you.

Best thing probably is to record all your sexy time. Just never show it to anyone unless shit like that happens. I really don't know though. I'm pretty much an idiot.
