1: Hit the gym. If you can't get a gym membership, your school probably offers a weight training class. Take that. If not, swimming is perfectly acceptable. Avoid sports that do not have as strong an emphasis on full body workouts (track and field, for example, or golf).

2: Clean up your diet. Start cooking your own meals. If your parents are like mine you need to be forceful about helping in the kitchen. Cleaning up your diet and cooking your own meals is a huge money saver and generally improves your quality of life. It's damn noticeable when you switch from a junk food diet to a clean diet.

3: Develop your own sense of style that doesn't make it look like mom buys all your clothes. Don't look like a hipster, don't look like a fucking tool. Wear something that makes it look like you give a fuck, spend more than 1 minute on your hair.

4: Take your studies seriously. Depending on what you intend to do after high school this can mean aiming for a 4.0 GPA or simply focusing on math, science and English and then simply ensuring you perform well enough to graduate. While many women don't give a shit about your academic performance, no woman will hate a man who's willing to work his ass off for results.

5: Chill the fuck out. A sense of arrogance will bite you in the ass. Being too tense will make people wary of you. Relax. It's unlikely you'll keep in touch with more than 4 or 5 people from high school, if that.

6: Get used to being around women. Talk to them, socialize. Learn how to push their buttons and make them want to be around you. Do not try to fuck women. Too much can go wrong in high school. Thinking with your dick gets you into trouble.

EDIT:

7: Clean the fuck up. Wash your face daily, shower at the end of the day. Wear deodorant and get used to the fact that it's not a replacement for being clean. Shave. Almost no one can grow a beard in high school. The attempt makes you look creepy as shit.
