Who ever took this case at legal aid needs to be fired. Who ever that person's supervisor is needs to be fire. This should have been a clear cut case. Someone with diminished mental capacity, so much so that they require legal guardianship, cannot enter into any contract. More so, it is obvious that the woman did this with intent to defraud this man's estate.

Maybe she should have just spent some time learning a skill. Or being a prostitute. Whatever. Anything consensual.

It may be a good idea for all men to fake a head injury and see a doctor for it, one week before marrying, just in case. Act spaced out at the wedding, for backup.
