To be clear from a legal stance I can understand why management doesnt want fraternization etc due to inevitable lawsuits about workplace harassment etc statistically and don’t want the girls sending anything that could be misinterpreted as mixed signals on or off field however the characterization of the men as uniformly predators is terrible and isn’t supported by the data. Also people aren’t predators or women inherently victims because as adults they want to have consensual relations with people they find attractive and cheerleaders might be pretty frequently physically attractive people because duh. We are literally having to have a discussion about one of the oldest American cliches in the country. This is one of those situations where there’s obviously got to be some common ground on a gender basis and this is an area in need of improvement.

That’s just my take on it given the available risk management data. Curious what /r/mensrights thoughts are on this.
