If you say “mansplaining” to me in a conversation you will lose all credibility with me and I will 100% call you out on it.

Being “creepy” is an inevitable part of young men learning to speak to women they’re interested in. Young men shouldn’t allow women who’ve never had to be the pursuer shame them for trying and not being perfect at it on their first tries.

So approx. 1,000 complaints per year in a country with a population close to 1,500,000,000. It seems as though there is a greater chance of being struck by lightning than being affected by this "growing problem".

Many women in India, especially non resident ones are influenced by radical western feminism and are parasitically selfish. Exploiting this law will be new trick on their sleeve.

Well, this is for the US, but I doubt the odds are that different in India...

The odds of becoming a lightning victim in the U.S. in any one year is 1 in 700,000.

If you divide by 1000 the numbers above your odds for NRI are 1 in 1,500,000

Lightening = 1 in 700,000 NPI = 1 in 1,500,000

Yep, you are indeed more likely to be hit by lightening.

New Delhi: In a move that aims to step up the crackdown on “absconding husbands” in NRI marital disputes, the central government is considering making a law that will allow authorities to attach the property of such husbands.

The article does not explain what NRI means. Can anyone explain?

Non Resident Indians. Aka Indian citizens those are expats staying more than 6 months of an year outside the country.

They have a good role in country's economy, Indians are one of the biggest foreign exchange remitors in the world.
