What?? So the accuser gets the benefit of the university's attorneys for free and the accused has to represent themselves? What sane person could ever in a million years think this is equitable??

I know lots of people hate Trump but imagine what the future would look like in a world where Hillary won and perpetuated -and even expanded!- Obamas direction for Title IX cases. Thank God Trump has introduced some sanity in this situation!

This is the best article I've ever read on the feminist war against due process rights on college campuses. The examples cited are absolutely appalling. Ironic that for all the talk about "safe spaces", universities have become profoundly unsafe for men; and I don't mean having your feelings hurt or encountering a triggering belief, I mean having your life destroyed due to a drunken hookup or a spiteful ex.

The author also raises the important point that poor men do not have the legal resources to sue. The modern day "left" doesn't give a rat's ass about the poor if they happen to be men. Class is an afterthought in "intersectional" theory.

Miami’s “claim that no amount of cross-examination could have changed the minds of the hearing panel members,” the judge concluded, “arguably undercuts the fairness of the hearing.” The “arguably” was a nice touch.

This statement from the university should be held as absolute proof that the kid was considered guilty until proven guilty. All college employees involved should be facing hate crime charges.
