I used to subscribe to r/sex. Lots of stories of men trying an MMF threesome and having deep regrets. Sure it can be positive...if you're into that sort of thing. Most people aren't, probably because it contradicts our cultural conceptions of "true" love as being only possible with THE ultimately fulfilling partner. Not saying polygamy doesn't have its benefits, division of labor to name one.

So please don't do it. Take the time to describe your link, and save the time of hundreds of other people.

When making a title, it's best to assume the reader doesn't know what you're talking about - but don't go overboard with every detail. Then check if there are any words you can cut out without losing any important information.
