A highly illuminating comment from Dr. Delessio-Parson at 1.53,

"If you go hunting that's a totally different story, right - the blood's on your hands. Right, now you're kind of just enjoying the benefit and the blood's on someone else's hands. And that's not very fair."

She appears to have missed the enormous significance of what she has just said with regard to gender roles, going all the way back into prehistory. Ah well, at least women now get the chance to redress the balance as armies open their ranks to women taking on combat roles.

Why even have this mind-numbing , stupid segment? She was clearly set up to not be given the opportunity to explain herself (not saying she has one). This makes the guy look like an ass. I much rather have him sit down with one of these “feminists” in a real debate and see their logic unravel and how confused they become. On a side note, I can’t take a professor seriously that makes statements sound like questions.

The terrible thing is that she's just a terrible exponent even for her view. She's a ridiculous living joke.

If you want to claim "eating meat = toxic masculinity" or the like, it wouldn't be difficult to claim that there are certain social stereotypes which claim that "real men eat meat (preferably very rare)". Its quite reasonable to make such a statement and talk about old traditions of requiring a boy to kill an animal before he becomes thought of as a "real man" etc.

Instead she's just.... pathetic.

And clearly dealing with guilt over liking cheese. Even though she's from Wisconsin, which has a wonderful cheese industry that deserves support.

And seriously, veganism is worse than dying. I would rather die than live without butter, cheese, cream, meat and eggs.
