There wasn't sufficient evidence to convict her initially. I don't see that issue with that, and this most certainly is not any sort of female privilege.

Then they found letters, later, when reopening the case, which had small implications that she may be guilty, and so now they are charging her.

This is nothing about men's rights, nothing about believing women. This is the criminal justice system working as intended, with somebody not being punished for something that could not be proven.

If we want a fair justice system for men accused of rape, it should also be fair for women accused of murder.

Yep, same reason so many rape cases go through without much of a trial.

I am old-testament type of christians, if there are proofs that she did: death penalty for her.
