Rip the band aid off. She is not an LTR anymore. She is a plate at best.

It's not going to work out. And the fact she knows you cheated... she's jumping back on the CC soon if she hasn't already. I'd start looking elsewhere.

Also...if you cheated. That's a prime sign you weren't happy with at least SOME aspect of your relationship. Free yourself, brother. And get rid of the baggage that isn't serving you anymore.

Trust your gut.

You obviously have feelings for her. It’s called oneitus. You also have this. She added her ex, now why would somebody do that? That’s because she wants to be a part of his life in someway or another. No messages? Easy to delete them.

Not saying she is cheating on you but it does not look good. Here’s your options:

1) Confront her about this and let her know how much you care for her and that she’s the one for you and let her defuse the situation and allow her to hamster a way of out it. Now she’s going to blame you for not trusting her.

2) Move on with your life like nothing happened, like you never checked her phone. But be suspicious and keep an eye out for more red flags. Start/continue lifting, put some time into hobbys/studying. Go out and meet some new people. If she wants to get ready to branch swing than congratulations you have some more options available to you and some plates hopefully lined up.

3) Break-up Or what I would do personally: Ghost her, man up, stop hamstering that she is special. It’s going to hurt but you’ll be glad that you did.

If my ltr added her ex that’s a pretty big sign of disrespectful behavior and a huge red flag. Something that I will not put up with or waste my valuable time with. She’s putting one foot out the door, but shorty I’m already on the elevator to the next floor.

I think the other comments are right that you’re a hypocrite. On the other hand that relationship is basically sour thanks to both of your dishonesties. Don’t expect this to last

If you're stupid enough to cheat and get caught, be a man and end the relationship. She will hold it over you forever and cheat in return. Or better yet, don't promise exclusivity if you can't provide it. It saves a lot of drama later on.

Dump her. You cheated for a reason.
