I’ve been a lurker on this subreddit for a few years, and while i am barely a member of the community, i do have a few thoughts on the domestic violence charge against the twitch streamer “MrDeadMoth”.

In a recent post about the incident, i read a lot of arguments seemingly justifying or excusing his actions against his wife. Whatever her actions beforehand did not justify the level of his response.

While i do believe he has a right to defend himself, in the video rather then try and restrain her, he physically attacks her with punches. The fact that he went back to game in between the demonstrated his lack of empathy.

I also feel the title of the original post downplays MrDeadMoth’s actions and makes them equal to that of his wife's
