Couldn't read this. When the topic us Health Care, and the content is written by what appears to be a high school dropout, it's best to not waste time. Not interested in the thoughts of this guy on anything really. Maybe twit this content on twitter instead of making it look like an article? When giving someone broccoli, saying it's an eclair makes you lose both on the healthy filling and the creamy filling fronts.

This an absolutely silly article as a Canadian, most medical procedures are universal, such as heart surgury.
