I respect the feedback on here so I figured I'd see what you all thought about this.

Ive never messaged a girl on linkedin, but I decided to last weekend. It's one of the prettiest girls I've seen since I moved to this bigger city, and I thought why not. Asked her to get a drink and she actually said something along the lines of "I'm impressed you reached out on here. Sure, I'd get a drink". We've never met. Went to the same college though, shes a little older. (late 20's) That was 3 days ago she responded and that same day I sent a message back saying lets grab a drink mid week or this weekend if you're free. And gave her my number and said to text me if you'd like. There was a little more to each message but nothing material. She hasn't responded back yet, so my question-

I should've asked for her number in the first place. Should i reach back out in a week and ask for it if she doesn't respond?

If she doesn't respond, what else could I say?
