Better! A better choice of word than, "victim". This change removes the assumption of guilt, and completely reframes the context. Good job New York Post, and The Trump administration.

I'm not surprised, but I am thankful. We are winning. Trump is helping us win. We need to continue to win. The MRM is still a non-partisan movement, so it's okay to embrace these changes even if you disagree with Trump.
