So, for some quick off the cuff math. In 2016 there were 3.95 Million live births (rounding up to a rough 4 million). Going to assume that roughly half of those were boys (because we ain't China, yet).

2 Million baby boys born in 2016 (roughly going to stay constant)

Circumcision is foisted upon 58.3% of baby boys (2010, the rate has been declining for decades but not fast enough)

So approximately 1,166,000 foreskins are available in the US each year.

At $1,530 commercial prices that is $1,783,980,000

At $1,025 non-profit prices that is $1,195150,000

Not bad considering that the parents are charged for this little cosmetic surgery.
