Why do even judges repeat this insidious lie?

I can't find anywhere in the article that the sentence was suspended.

And as always, the state is the victim, not the man falsely accused.

False rape allegations are rampant in the UK. I understand that over 90% of all allegations are obviously false. The CPS seems to also agree or a lot more men would be prosecuted. Of the appox 22000 reported rapes in the UK only appox 4000 went to court and of those only appox 1300 resulted in a conviction.

That guy only escaped because of CCTV.

Skinner, dressed in a silver and grey top and grey jeans, showed no emotion but her relatives were heard sobbing in the public gallery.

Good that they are describing here dress, so fashionable at the wrong time.

BTW, why her relatives have to sob ? It is only 1.5years, that boy could've definitely gone to the chute for a long time.
