Jesus. The fist thing I learned reading crime manga was that after a certain time has passed, a murderer cannot be held accountable, even if it is proven that he was the murderer. I think in that specific case (based in japan probably) it was something like 20 years?

Now we can just accuse someone of a crime 36 years ago and think that that‘s a perfectly reasonable thing to do?!
