Crosspost "Stop bashing other men." from /r/maleempowerment:

Men need to stop bashing other men. It’s completely hypocritical to blame society for making life hard for men and then to subsequently make life hard for your fellow men. So what if a guy is taller, or better looking, or whatever. That’s your brother. If a world war happens we’re all getting drafted. Stop hating other men. Guys need to stick together and not just for the sake of bro code but for the sake of living a world that demonizes men just for being male. He’s a guy, he’s supposed to feel good about himself and if he’s not putting you down then stop being a hater. Instead celebrate his success and happiness with him. Envy is not becoming of a man. You can compete and still be a good sport. It’s called sportsmanship. This is part of the problem. We’re creating a counterculture of self-hating men because they don’t feel welcome among other men. Teach them, guide them, and lead fellow young men.

Just because someone has it going on doesn’t mean you don’t. Self-esteem is important. That’s the reason why Seth Rohan can do movies with Zac Efron and not feel ashamed of going shirtless. For Pete’s sake save the cattiness for reality TV shows.
