Special treatment is horrible. And the results (someone quitting) are typical of such treatment. A person who doesnt have to invest will quit much more easily. The gambler's fallacy is what propels most humans to continue their work. Without this mental self-trickery, we'd all be too rational about our chances at anything to actually do anything.

Anyway, she didnt have to invest as much, and so she quit. But worse is that she wasted however long it took her, because she didnt get the value out of it that others did, because of special treatment.

Special treatment wastes everyone's time and that's unfair to everyone.

The fact that women cannot meet the lower standards set for them shows how utterly unsuited for combat roles they really are. Mind you, the same can be said for women in fire fighting services, police forces and just about any other position that requires physical effort.
