I think we should look at this ass glass half full case. She set him up, police did an actual investigation and determined it was fabricated and she was charged.

This is how false reports should be handled so that real ones can be taken seriously.

On a side note though, maybe not all that smart to meet a complete stranger to fulfill a rape fantasy. If he didn't have the documentation this could have easily ruined his life.
