I have read here that rape appears to be a "crime of convenience"; meaning that, if my SMV were too low for the girl at the moment, it's rape, if not the EXACT same sequence of actions is "an adventure". If this is correct, and assuming it is, is it even possible to have sexually assaulted a girl?
