My former step mother used to threaten to accuse my dad of abuse. When that stopped working she instead tried to have me arrested for assault, which I never committed. This lead to me sleeping in my car at my work and having an eventual mental breakdown, the results of which I am still dealing with four years later. This shit is serious.
