With the continued amount of support for women to tell their stories of abuse, more and more women are speaking up. One can assume that many of these stories are true. Some may be false accusations. But the truth is unbeknownst to anyone but the accused and the accuser.

There are two ways to react to that and one is significantly more healthy than the other.

One way, is to assume an allegation is false, demonize the woman for making the allegation, and potentially silence future victims from coming forward. Real victims.

The other way you can react, is rationally. Not knowing what exactly happened, it would be unwise to take a side, but you can be angry at a SOCIETY that judges young males too quickly and without evidence.

This is a reminder. Hating society because they are too quick to cast boys away after allegations is acceptable. Hating women because they made allegations is not. Women and men should BOTH be encouraged to come forward when they've been victimized.
