Please do share your salary. When both Google audited salary they found that men were making less. When the BBC did the same outside of a couple highend news readers (They agreed to a paycut) the gap was negligible.

I worked at a Unionized Company.

Our rates of pay were published in a handbook given to Employees and Management.

When at the same level of qualification, a Woman made the same hourly rate as a Man.

The only difference in total compensation was determined by which one worked more overtime hours.
