Now imagine these two scenarios-

You're the father and have no idea where this child is and this OP is lying about everything...
OP is completely truthful about the situation and they have a child which is not biologically theirs which was supposedly abandoned by the parent...

Either way you immediately contact law enforcement because otherwise you're committing felony kidnapping! The other parent could be desperately searching for their child and these fuckwits are telling OP to not contact authorities.

This is why I created the r/childsupport4men subreddit, the idiots in that default sub are literally evil and will recommend illegal actions (including felony kidnapping apparently).

P.S- I can't comment in that sub because the mods banned me for calling out bullshit like this

So what would happen if he took the child with him?

And it's not 'his son', it's 'their son', well supposedly. A DNA test would clear that up.

Sorry, most of CA has been under lockdown for maybe a year, children don't go to school and there are no school functions. All he needs is a computer or school provided chromebook and an internet connection.

She's scared to get CPS involved because she's worried she would lose the child.

"The child"? Why not 'her child'?

And why CPS? Is the child in need of protection?

We live in California and he is about 15 years old.

A 15 year old is not a child.

Sooooooo, this reddit user thought they could cover their tracks by deleting this post and their comments?

That's why we archive things like this with archive.is and post the link, I apologize for not archiving the subsequent replies they made but they might be accessible through other means such as ceddit and other alternatives.

Remember folks, once posted it never goes away and this user commented her county location in one comment which I do have archived and sent to the local sheriff's department and the FBI, I'm not going to link it here to prevent any subsequent reporting which I've already taken care of.

Nobody knows the truth, this "friend" could have manufactured the entire story to cover for a kidnapping/abduction which occurred anywhere between birth and this year... There's thousands of abused and victimized children out there and we're not going to stand by and permit children to be victimized by child predators (or the predatory family court system which rips children from their parents).
