Ime not really. Perhaps loads of success in life or attention from other girls would change that. Im also not the best example of alpha so maybe I don't know

I’m assuming your in high school and you want a girl badly but she remembers you to be a beta. If you don’t see her often then ghost he and come back at a later date.

I know so many babes from highschool that are NOT hot now. Don't worry about it just focus on yourself. Women age way faster then you do.
