Asking for help, my son is in Centralia Correctional Center in illinois. They haven't had hot water for over a week. The water is freezing cold! They have put in grieveness and everything. The Co's told them as long as they have running water they are fine, hot water is a privilege, not a nessecity!! They talked to maintenance he said he put in the work order but administration don't want to pay for the part, so they wont put the order through,its a heating element. The Co's are treating them horribly!!
