Bloody heck, it's so obnoxious when I scroll through some social media like TikTok (surprisingly good for interesting videos on topics such as human anatomy or construction work) and every single time there's a ‘female engineer’, she's so full of herself that every single video revolves around her choosing a STEM path, as if we were supposed to kneel down and praise them. There's one particularly obnoxious girl who reportedly studies physics and it seems like that is her whole personality. She also claims to be a model (duh, of course she is) and if she somehow makes a video in which she doesn't say that she studies physics and instead focuses on the model part, there's always a bunch of irrelevant ‘look at me, I study physics’ hashtags.

No. One. Cares. Becky. 🤦🏻‍♂️ They feel like they're conquering the field and are so full of themselves while everyone who knows the field realises that these jokers usually do silly stuff like front-end development (kids in high school can learn and do this without any formal education) using frameworks developed by men.

I keep asking people who claim that women in computer science or physics are just as good as men to show me at least one maintainer of an important open source project or at least something original they created, it gained traction, and is now used by tens of thousands of people. So far I haven't seen a single example but yeah, they do dominate social media with these resentful and obnoxious posts on how they're ‘the baddest in the game and nobody can take that from them’.

Well, guess what, meezy! There is definitely an Indian man who may be uglier than you but he's smarter, faster, more creative, and definitely cheaper, and once whoever is stupid enough to employ you (probably because he wants to fuck you) realises he can save a few thousands per year by outsourcing your job, you'll be discarded.

Sorry about the rant, I've been holding this in for a while because it personally affects me (you always have to praise them and be careful with criticism to avoid the ‘misogynist’ label). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
