Quotas for trials are just an awesome 2020 idea, lets just charge everyone, put them on trial, we don't care about convictions or acquittals. /s

What this will do no is force people to plead guilty and accept lower sentences because they know that no matter what the CPS will bring them to trial. You can also bet they will get changes made to the rules of evidence to ensure more convictions as well as we did in Canada that now requires defence attorneys to turn over all their evidence to the accuser before trial.

Why would you set targets for prosecutions for any crime? That just gives prosecutors more of a reason to lower the standard required for a charge and makes it far more likely that the innocent will find themselves in court. It is truly insane.

Call it what it is, this is why nothing ever changes in this country, this is fraud, it's corruption being pushed by a political ideologue who thinks that men not being prosecuted after being charged with rape means they are rapists going free. I am so sick of the cowardice in my country over these morons.

Oh why am I not surprised? The more you learn about who the people are behind these programs and initiatives the more you realise why things are so fucked generally. This is why MRAs are so important because they are the only group taking the fight to people like this behind the back door where feminists have had a monopoly on this for years.

None had been flagged up to me or to the CPS, but I decided to check with the investigating officer. To my surprise, he said that there were, but they shouldn’t be disclosed as they were ‘private’. All 60,000 of them.

No lawyer had seen them, so I decided they should be shown to the defence in order to allow them to decide if there was anything in them that might assist their case. There was.

Yes this is called corruption and the idiot who pulled this should never be allowed to be inside a court room ever again or work in the criminal justice system.
